GORDY'S SPORTS CONNECTION

1380 AM ESPN Radio with VerStandig Broadcasting adds unique afternoon sports program to their line-up focusing on the local sports of the four state area. VerStandig Broadcasting is pleased to announce Gordy Schlotter from the Chambersburg Cardinals as the newest member of our ESPN Radio team. Gordy is the Executive Team Advisor-Coordinator, Counselor, and Radio Host. Gordy has resided in the Chambersburg area for over 20 years, giving him knowledge of the four state area. The program, “Gordy’s Sports Connection”, will focus on local sports of all types within the four state area and also those on the national level. His show will be family oriented, so that any age can listen to it at anytime. “We talk about what many others may not,” according to the host, who will be talking about the reality and negative side of sports; not just the positive, accepted side. The program will explore local stories from area high schools and colleges on up to the professional ranks. The input, thoughts, and opinions of the listeners will be highly valued and regarded by Gordy. You can catch the show starting in March during the afternoons from 1pm – 4pm. All local scores will be announced at least three times a day.
